"The staff spoke great English and were exceptionally helpful and patient with all of our questions and requests. The building is older and lacks air conditioning (very few places in the area seem to have it) but it is very clean. The older style wood finishings and stained glass windows are very charming. The coin laundry room in the basement was also very helpful. Overall this hotel seems to fit the vibe of the area perfectly. My partner and I would stay here again without hesitation!...

"A truly amazing hotel, the room and especially the view something else. The breakfast is excellent and it has 2 bus stops right outside that take you to Innsbruck in 20 mins. The spa is really good also. Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in."

"The staff personnel were all professional, personable and helpful. They provided Laundry service (for a fee) for stays longer than one night. The service was worth it and convenient. Breakfast was World Class with a variety of breads, cheeses, cold cuts, yogurts, eggs, Lox, coffee(s) and fresh fruit! Although about a ten minute drive from the city center it was not an inconvenience at all. The location is great for visiting the Swarovski Crystal Museum which should be a must stop if visiting...

"Wir hatten eine Junior Suite gebucht. Das ist ein Appartment über 2 Stockwerke. Um 5 Uhr morgens war es im Schlafzimmer Tag so hell und wir konnten nicht mehr schlafen. Es gab im 2 Stock ein Rollo das aber nicht funktionierte. Ich dachte mir nur noch ein Teil das nicht funktioniert. Beim Checkout wurde mir gesagt das es im 1 Stock eine Schalter gibt um das Roll im 2 Stock mit Strom zu versorgen. Ich hätte am Vorabend fragen sollen wie man das Rollo einschaltet.
