The staff at Council Bluffs, IA is AMAZING! courteous, friendly and helpful. I can almost always expect great service, clean, comfortable rooms at My Place Hotels all over the country. My advice is if you’re going to stay My Place Hotels in the Omaha, NE area be sure to book at the Council Bluffs location. It’s worth it!

My first stay at a MyPlace, and I will be back! Staff was enthusiastic and helpful. Manager checked in 2 different customers at once with ease, I have never seen this before. Room had kitchenette, which I used, and there is a grill pavillion, which I did not use but might in the summer. Room was very clean, and lots of options for food nearby.
