We didn’t have breakfast at the HGI, but our stay was lovely. Even tho they are undergoing renovations the staff was helpful as usual. I’ve noticed little turnover in their front desk staff

The Hilton in Missoula is top notch I've stayed several times and always no issues rooms are super clean and staff is always friendly my only til with the stay was breakfast the food was delicious except for the burnt dry hasbrowns but otherwise it's confusing as to how you get served or the host waits on you or what it's just a little confusing and if you don't get the right room it's not free it's expensive so just get the room that includes it everything else 5 stars

The hotel was being remodeled , and the pool Area was closed. Something that wasn’t advertised so when we booked the room for the kids being able to swim we got there and the pool Was closed. Wouldn’t have stayed there knowing the pool Was closed. The fridge froze our food and exploded our sodas, there wasn’t any water pressure taking a shower. When the site said “ breakfast” just an fyi it’s not included you pay for it. The staff was super friendly!
