The front desk staff was pleasant and efficient, despite the fact I was checking in at 1AM after an airline fiasco. They also kept the hotel running smoothly despite a citywide power outage early in the AM. The mattress was heavenly and the room was clean and quiet. Some scratches/chips on the sink but it was clean. The Baymont worked out great for my brief stay in Missoula.

Good location right off I90, lots of food options nearby that are easy to get in and out of. Only down fall was the shower didn’t get hot, the bathtub didn’t drain and there was hair in the drain. Everything else was pretty clean and tidy and the breakfast was pretty good.

Room was very clean and did not have that perfumed smell that you find in motels. Had a dog along and was glad to have it in the room at a reasonable price. Bathroom was a bit small and would have preferred a walk in shower rather than a tub but water rate was good. Fridge and microwave in room came in handy.

The hotel is convenient to I-90, about a block away from the interchange. We were pleased with the room. It was clean and comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant next door (The Stone of Accord) -- we would recommend. We ate in the breakfast room in the morning. The selection was sparse...they had a waffle maker, but no eggs or sausage or bacon. Overall, we would stay here again.
