"The rooms and overall property feel outdated, though we will say the kids had a great time, which was a plus. Unfortunately, there seemed to be quite a bit of miscommunication among the front desk staff. On multiple occasions, we received completely different answers depending on who we spoke with, which made the experience frustrating and confusing. The grounds could also be better maintained. There were ants in our room, and the patio furniture was dirty, so we weren’t able to enjoy that space. Additionally, the strong Glade plug-ins triggered our allergies, which made our stay less comfortable. The room itself was also lacking basic seating, there were no chairs available, only the beds. Overall, the property gives more of an outdated boutique feel. If you’re looking for a high-end, luxurious getaway, this isn’t the place. We had hoped for more, especially for the price we paid. This was our first time visiting the property and will likely be our last. We had seen mixed reviews beforehand but decided to experience it for ourselves. That said, we do appreciate the potential of the space and hope improvements can be made to create a more consistent and comfortable experience for future guests."

"Breakfast the first two mornings was good third had me and my baby girl throwing up! Rooms were ok spacious. Staff in the morning was excellent but the evening were very rude and lack empathy!!! Outdoor pool was ok definitely could clean it better. Laundry access but $3 for two dryer sheets is a shake down. 4 night stay with two kids. "

"We booked this hotel for our daughter‘s birthday. Based on the pictures it looked nice and based on the chain name Hilton we thought it be nice at least in better conditions. First front desk staff was nice, this is about the property and cleanness. The property itself wasn’t well kept. To sum up our experience quick… 1) stairway and elevator leading to lobby because it’s in a separate building. Dirty not well kept and outdated. 2) pool it states that it’s heated but not very much kind of cold. 3 Room Some Furniture scraped damage. Carpet dirty, one stain looked like blood. Patio old banana in a corner , dirty. Bathroom Bathtub was dirty and rusty. I clean it. Same with the bathroom furniture it was scraped and damaged. No shampoo on the shampoo dispenser Pull out couch, horrible mattress, flatter than an air mattress without air Not impressed , not happy wish I stayed elsewhere. I wish I would’ve taken more pictures, but I didn’t wanna make a big deal in front of my kids. I attached a few pictures. "
