"員工服務態度非常得好親切前台的小姐姐也都很棒都會協助再來整體的環境也很好;很新 我已經是第二次出差來回住了；CP值非常好"

"We wish the pool is open but there was not any water at all."

"Excellent hotel, super clean, very comfortable beds, huge room. Great location for Guangming."

"The room is huge and very clean. The dinner buffet was amazing with varieties of food and drinks. The free shuttle to the airport is a bonus. The hotel is connected with 2 big malls with tons of restaurants and eatery. The only downside is the gym and the pool which is for public use as well as the hotel guests. It can be crowded but pieces of equipment are top notch."

"El primer hotel horrible hasta nos echaron por ser europeos menos mal que Expedia me organizo otro sin pagar ninguna diferencia"

"hotel location is also convenience, take taxi from hotel about 10 minutes(about Yuan 20.00) to MTR station to connect to city & downtowm. Hotel's staff give us the good service they have every good consults when we need other information."

"客房整潔，雖然早餐不算種類多，但中餐西方餐均齊備，湯粉麵類有肉有菜很豐富，特別好吃。"

"What a fantastic hotel. Make sure you get the breakfast!"

"The holiday inn Express Longhua in Shenzhen is an excellent property. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of foods to appeal to both Western and Chinese guests. The gym was well equipped and the laundry room was also very useful. The room was clean and well stocked with essentials. Housekeeping was very thorough on keeping the room in top shape. I highly recommend this property."

"Words cannot describe the smells we encountered. Arrived and checked in to a 'Deluxe' room and couldn't breathe with the thick smoke smell. Then saw the first dead cockroach and returned to reception to ask to upgrade. Paid 75 GBP to upgrade to a business suite and it wasn't much better. The thick smell of smoke on every furnishing cover was horrendous, and such a strong smell of vinegar when we turned the air conditioning on. Walls are filthy, with what appeared to be blood, cleaner didn't...

"部屋は清潔で静かでしたが、照明ボタンがうまく動作せず、なかなか電灯を消すことができなかった。 スタッフはフロント含めて英語は通じない。 また、レストランの味は良いが午後9時には閉まってしまうようなので注意が必要です。 コストを考慮すると、ビジネスで使うにはかなり良いホテルです。"

"Fantastic property for the money. Large clean room with nice classic decor. Decent breakfast and helpful staff. The only negative was that the hotel WiFi did not work. The staff tried to provide alternative service WiFi connections but none of those worked. They tried providing a pocket WiFi but that didn’t work either. Kudos to the staff for trying but I can’t give a five star review when there is no WiFi. If they fix it, I would definitely stay again."
