We booked a 2 bedroom condo on the top floor & facing the ocean. The views were amazing! We could see distant rain storms with great lightning viewing and beautiful sunsets. There were 2 pools available; our favorite was the one right above the beach facing the ocean! You could just walk down the steps from the pool to the beach & sit under umbrellas with chairs already set up. We went to the harbor for the sunset tour and ate at a nearby upscale restaurant, although there were many different styles to choose from.

Nice little spot on the beach

The unit was very nice and comfortable, we only stayed 1 night in order to get into town early for our extended vacation. There was some construction going on but it did not affect our stay. There are 2 restaurants close to the unit and an awesome bonus was that one of the two pools is directly across the street on the beach.

Nice quiet location with pool beachside

1102 needs updating-the furniture was old and couch and bed in sagging condition. The towel rack was hanging from hole in the wall. The property itself was under renovation so we could not get out on the balcony. The pool beachside was nice.

Great view of the beach from balcony, room is clean, quiet, have everything we need to be comfortable for our family of four. However, the trip didn’t start well when we ran into a gate and being blocked from entering the property for about 20 minutes. Should have provided instructions how to avoid gate of nearby properties. Living room carpet is too worn may consider to replace. Master bedroom window needs better shade to block morning sunlight. Overall we enjoy the stay.

Excellent location with a beautiful view of the ocean. However, dealing with parking registration and a myriad of instructions made it less inviting. For example, guests were asked to strip the bed and wash the towels and take out the trash before leaving. There was no obvious place to dispose of the trash. There were instructions to call immediately if there weren’t seven bands to get into the pool and beach area. There were not seven bands, and the instructions were not something you would immediately read. In addition when you needed assistance, there were wait times of over 10 minutes. It didn’t seem like customer service and comfort was a high priority… There were way too many emails before during and after check-in giving visitors more instructions. Vacationers often don’t make reading email a priority.

Beach home vacation

The apartment has an amazing view of the sea; we love to be close to the sea, and it was just perfect for us. Also, the apartment is roomy and excellent taste decorated. The place made us feel at home away from our home. Thank you.

Condo was great and we were very pleased with how easy things were. Unfortunately, there was very little hot water available for bathing for some reason. Aside from that, we were very pleased and would definitely go back.

Communication about parking is lacking. Two passes are located in the apartment. Easy entrance other than that. Apartment LOOKED ok. Building is well kept, apartment is well furnished and basic. No beach towels available in the unit and we didn’t bring them. The biggest issue is cleanliness: there was a dirty washcloth hanging in the shower, actual feces on the toilet, and we watched a cockroach run down the kitchen counter. So we wouldn’t cook and EVERYTHING went into the fridge. We ate a bit concerned about our return with the cockroach situation. We will be leaving the luggage in the garage a bit when we return. And I have to laugh. It says you can post pics here.. but you can’t. I have some..
