It was a spectacular experience overall, thanks to all the amenities in both the room and the resort. Safe, quiet, and family-friendly. We will definitely be back very soon. 100% recommended.

The master bedroom mattress was so uncomfortable we had to use one of the other rooms. The sheets and bedding were clean but they had terrible pilling and the pillows also felt like rocks. There was a chair in the living room that was literally duck taped. There were dead bugs in the windowsill and the unit and the buildings were just very outdated. Only two out of four elevators worked and you could easily wait 15 minutes during busy times. Worst of all the last day and a half there was a terrible smell of sewage in the room. I contacted the manager who said someone would come out but that never happened. The proximity to the beach was nice and the unit was large with a full kitchen but I would never stay there again.

Mostly positive but one issue that was resolved.

The place was nice and met my expectations of cleanliness. I liked the location close to the beach. I felt the pricing was reasonable. There was one issue we had. The ac wasn’t cooling the place down. I messaged the property owners the evening I arrived and it was a few hrs till I got a response. We spent the first night with no ac which wasn’t ideal. I messaged several times throughout the second day and they said they’d check with their ac repairmen, then the repairman couldn’t come out for another two days. I really pushed the issue saying I didn’t want to go another night with out ac and surprisingly they found another ac service that came out and got it working by the time I got back that evening. I was pleasantly surprised that it was resolved but also had mixed feelings that we went almost 24 hours with no ac. Just thankful I didn’t have to spend another night without being comfortable. I will say the beds were super comfortable. The bunk beds in the children’s room could use to be tightened back up or replaced as they were super shaky. I’m giving 4/5 stars bc in the end things worked out but we did have setback.

Week stay

Stay was great view of the ocean from the property is great even not being right on the water. Got the wrong pool code but it was an easy enough fix. Theres a couple places to eat within walking distance so that was a bonus. Picture from beach access directly in front of property

The property was located in a great area. Easy access to pool and beach with Beach Bar and Whales Tail close by. My only negative is if you read the description it states bedroom (2) has a king bed also. It is actually a full and it says that in another area, but I missed that part. With two couples I probably would have passed as one couple got stuck in a full which was a little tight. Overall though great place and great time with amazing view
