"The view was fantastic. Room had black mold above the bathroom light that had been broken and not fixed before our stay. Staff offered upgrade for our honeymoon then mentioned it was an upcharge. The ice machine outside our room was broken and I could hear it malfunctioning all night. There was a teamsters union party that was screaming and partying all night for the first three nights we were there. Hidden fees were almost double the cost of the stay. Called hotel and emailed and only got through and was met by very rude customer service staff who offered one free night and gave the money back for the upgrade. So, we do everything we could to be out of the hotel room. Wouldn’t stay there again. "
