"Great place"

"I hadn't visited Minsk for a long time, and this trip was a mix of business and family. A few family members recommended BonHotel, so I decided to give it a try. What a pleasant experience. The staff were great, the food was excellent, and the internet was reliable. Everything was as easy and straightforward as it should be, which made the stay very enjoyable. If I ever need a hotel in Minsk again, I will definitely come back. And to top it all off, I found a condom in the safe, neatly...

"I didn’t like the fact that there was no mini refrigerator in room, they give only one key / card to enter room and if I leave all electricity shuts down including plugs where I needed to leave other phones and iPad to be charged. Lack of providing ample coffee packs and water. Room service is available only when restaurant is open."

"The hotel location next to the old town was perfect and it was also near the city center. You can go around walking almost anywhere in the city. Hotel was nice with nice helpful staff. The price was in the high and I think it is over priced a little."

"The property is in a great location. The property itself was very clean . It could do with a toaster also the tv needs updating to a smart television. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay I would definitely rebook, communication with the staff was excellent."

"Everyone stay away!!! They are claiming on all websites 3 stars but they don’t have any stars. They trap people with their star rating but it’s like a hostel with extremely rude staff. Terrible breakfast. Everything is outdated and very dirty. Lesson learned better to pay more and stay in a decent hotel with a pool and other amenities than this stinky, no amenities place. Ruined my trip to Minsk."
