Pleasant family stay

Like this hotel. Big and comfort rooms. SPA access. Nice view to the park. Not far from city center with public transport. Big shopping center is in walking distance.

Family holidays.

We had a week in the hotel. That was a perfect stay. Spacious, comfort rooms. Nice view. We like also spa and swimming pool. Evenings are crowded in the pool.

It was my birthday, we check-in. They offered us piece of Chocolate cake. Which was surprising. We didn't accepting that. Good to know, They noticed my birthday on my Belarusians residence card.

Property located in good area with easy access to the city shopping location, historical places, etc. the major problem here is soundproofing- you can hear people in the room you are sharing wall with so clear. Whole adult are not so bad and not screaming all day long, their kids are killers - they are loud like a monsters playing and banging all day log. Its impossible to rest during the day because of that. At the end on my stay i feel like i want to exterminate them all. Hotel staff moved to me another room but soon i got another neighbors there with kids as well. I guess this hotel is great to spy on someone across the wall. Everything else was OK more or less. I would not recommend to to go to this place. And one more - restaurant there are very primitive in food selection/variety

The service was poor , asked at the reception about bathrobe but never got.No tea or cofee bags in the room. Water area was closed , spa had only one person so i had to refuse of doing any massages as it will take to l9ng for 2 persons.
