location is good very close to social Oktobertskaya Street. To the center, reaching is possible with 5 BRY Yandex Taxi. Price/Performance is really high for this hotel. No need to include breakfast at this hotel, breakfast opportunities is close in Oktobertskaya Street. Also supermarket is very close.

The hotel is very nice, with well-maintained rooms and services. It’s conveniently located near a metro stop, and there’s a nearby street full of places to have breakfast or dinner. The only issue we encountered was with the hot water, which wasn’t working when we arrived. We had to wait several hours for the repair, and perhaps it would have been better if they had offered to change the room. Due to this inconvenience, our room was not cleaned on the second day. Aside from that, everything else went smoothly. The hotel is clean and overall well-kept.

No service at all. No possibility for early check-in without any fees , at 10 you will come and pay the money for the whole stay. Reception is not welcoming , just seems like they are doing their job, question for the reception why you choosing to work at such a position. Because of the stuff and given attitude towards guests we are not coming here again.
