Lovely hotel. Looks clean and new. Free parking in the city centre. I booked single room and it was with one single bed. I bit surprised… on the room pictures there was one big bed for a single room. There was no fridge (mini bar) in a room. I’ve asked and they brought it. But when I asked a tea spoon in a hotel restaurant they said it’s forbidden to give kitchen stuff to the rooms. It’s funny. I pay 70$ per night but they afraid I’ll steal a soon. Cleaning stuff like shampoo and soap was not updated every day. A bed was not covered every day. One tea pot and one instant coffee bag for three days stay. It was also strange. Nice breakfast. A lot of food options, but no any alternative milk. So 8 from 10. They should learn a bit more to give a service.

It was ok, location good. Felt like the room hadn't been stayed in for a long time. A bit dusty and the hot water took a very long time to warm up. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were good but not fantastic. Probably won't stay again as it felt a little bit over priced despite the good location

Good location. Very close to large shopping mall with large supermarket, shops, cafes and restaurants. Short walk to Old Town. Only negative is that the rooms that I've stayed in on the third floor have a small sky light so bring sleeping mask if you're senstive to light - though this doesn't apply in Winter months.

the hotel is nice and comfortable. The location is excellent near a big shopping mall that has a huge supermarket and many dining options. The rooms are reasonable size and very functional with classic furniture. Everything was neat and the cleaning staff cleaned the room everyday spotlessly. Breakfast was ok. The bathroom had clean towels, toiletries, as well as a shower with excellent water pressure which I liked very much. The breakfast buffet is not to be compared of course with the breakfast buffets of 5 star hotels but it had wholesome options and it was definitely good enough for getting your day started with the energy you need. All in all I had an excellent experience staying here for a week and would book this hotel again every time I will be in Minsk for a business trip.

Excellent hotel! Have been staying there for the last several years. Rooms a spacious, clean and comfortable! Friendly personnel, breakfast that is included, is pretty good! Girls at the restaurant make delicious cappuccino! 😊☕ Definitrlely going back there next year!

I was most impressed with the reception staff. They all spoke excellent English and they all went out of their way to be of help. Breakfast was plentiful, with something for everyone. I could have done with some bread that was in between the white stuff that is pretty awful, and the heavy rye bread. Once I got the hang of the service buses I found it so easy to get into the centre. A lot of what Minsk has to offer was easily accessible on foot. Oh, and the hotel is immaculately clean. And it's in an area with every sort of shop that one could wish for.

For 2+ years I've been visiting Minsk almost every 2nd month. With a precondition "to stay smwhr close to the center" i've tried ALL hotels located centrally. And I must admit this one has proved to be the optimal choice. A. I totally like its unusual layout - no goddamn "standard cubicles"; almost every room has its own layout... but of common style. B. Clean. 2 years and still same cleanness. C. Stylish and cosy. No IKEA furniture. Oak one. And its fantastic smell... D. Spacious. No standard cubicles = no standard square meters. E. Food-wise... well, not a decisive factor for me, but I can say I never was hungry after the breakfast. Just okay.

Great hotel
Room 306 suite excellent. Hotel 10 minutes walk to cente with bars and restaurants. Metro cheap and easy to use. Local food great. Overall a fantastic holiday, would certainly choose this hotel again.

Great location - walking distance to many sites, shopping centers, bars and restaurants. We've had one room that was really big and one standard size room (for the same price). Nearly half of the light bulbs in the hallways and in the rooms aren't working. It wasn't so bad, though, as there are so many of them... Getting into the bathtub to take a shower was a surprisingly difficult task for me as it was so high, so it might be mission impossible for the elderly. Beds are too soft for my opinion. Very good breakfast.

Schönes Vintage-Zimmer und unsweren Wünschen wurde nach Möglichkeiten entgegen gekommen. Nur in der Ausstattung gibt es kleine Mängel: die Fenster sind teilweise überholungsbedürftig etc. Metro ist fussläufig erreichbar.
