We also don't understand why you wrote about dirty bed linen. We do laundry in a professional laundry. You had three sets of underwear, and you could not sleep in turn in any way, since after your departure all sets of underwear (two beds and a sofa) were used. The remote control from the TV works, both before you and after the guests used it. Maybe you couldn't turn it on? Our administrator is always in touch and he would help you deal with the remote and everything else. If the apartment is dirty and the laundry is dirty, why didn't you tell us anything? Why didn't you also tell us that there is a problem with the remote control? We have other apartments nearby where we could move you and also check how you claim dirt in the apartment and laundry. You also didn't tell us anything when you left. We value our guests and keep order and cleanliness.
