Slow check in but location is great

Check in at the front desk was very slow should be able to check in Via an app. Good place otherwise . Texas road house and sushi with in walking. Check out the cutest breakfast place called Sweet Paris crepes 😍. There is a Cub foods grocery across the road if you need stuff to cook or that you forgot. Lots of places around to grab a snack .

I love Residence Inn. We've stayed at this location multiple times while in Woodbury visiting family. The staff is always helpful. The rooms are like our own little apartment. Having a warm breakfast before starting our day is great. The only let down for me is that the last two times we've stayed, the hot tub has not been operational. While they do allow you to use the hot tub at the hotel across the parking lot (Courtyard by Marriott), when it's winter in Minnesota, you don't want to be trekking across the parking lot in a wet swimming suit.

Door to outside open to the public (broken) most of the stay, felt unsafe. Couch dated, bed was comfortable. Only cleaned every other day and missed many things when cleaning. Coffee was bad, breakfast was ok. For the price I would say it was average although a convienient location and good size room. Staff was very nice.

The room I got was a one king size sweet non-smoking. It was a corner room on the first floor so it was easy access and very private. I did not hear any noise from any other rooms and I felt like I was in my own little apartment with a full size kitchen. The king size bed was the farthest away from the door so I did not hear any passing hallway traffic. Stuff were helpful and nice. Staff made it easy to book another night without having to leave the room. This will be my go to place if I ever need to rent a room again in r twin cities.

Woodbury was beautiful, location was very convenient. Unfortunately front desk was not trained properly & I was charged for three days which I had already paid. When I told the front rest of the mistake I got magnet different responses & NOTHING was solved! I was out that extra money for my trip! They showed no remorse! I was offered 10,000 Marriott points but that was for the molded sheets & pillow case I showed them I was sleeping on!!! Like please do better!!!!!
