Stayed here for 1 night during a roadtrip. Check in was a smidge time consuming but easy otherwise. Facilities are quite dated but was okay for 1 night. Room came with a fridge which was nice. The room had AC but was quite weak despite setting adjustments. Bed was comfortable.

While the room looked clean, there were several issues, including a bathroom door that was breaking. The heating/cooling unit was actually quite noisy. The bed did not seem like a queen size as stated but the bedding was clean.

This is a hidden jewel run by a family owned business and family. EXCEPTIONAL value surely underpriced for the value. Yes the property is aged but the rooms are clean and the beds are luxurious and water is HOT! Just a blessing to discover this hidden treasure.

Adequate accommodations.

While the building definitely has seen better days, I still had a couple good nights of sleep. Breakfast was sparse, as already described in previous reviews. Be prepared for no elevators and potentially no “Do Not Disturb” signs to be in your rooms. Staff interactions were helpful and speedy.

This is a dated property. Things could be repaired. I took disinfectant wipes to everything in the room and they came up clean. Not a smudge of anything dirty on them. Even though it doesn't look the best, The place is cleaned well!! The owner and his wife were at the front desk when I checked in. Very pleasant people. This is a budget friendly hotel. It is in a good location for Anoka. I wasn't concerned with any kind of breakfast at the hotel. There is a place for breakfast three blocks away that was perfect.

When I travel I generally look for the cheapest places to stay. This means that I'm willing to compromise on amenities. The Regency Inn was the cheapest place within reasonable distance to the venue I was in town for, and I found a lack of amenities as I expected. There was no in room coffee maker, the refrigerator barely got below room temperature on its coldest setting, and the hair dryer didn't work. But it did well on the two most important things; the room was clean and quiet, and the price was lower than its competition. That's why I gave it four stars overall. You could do worse, and I have in the past, if what you want is a cheap place to sleep.

It was clean and there was hot water. That's all I was looking for. This is my third or fourth time staying at Regency in Anoka, MN this year and each stay has been just fine. I have no complaints.

If you’re looking for a quick night’s stay for yourself, it is nice. The breakfast is simple but works as a snack to tame your hunger before a bigger meal. The top sheet on the bed had hairs on it that weren’t mine. It was worn so thin in places, it looked like it was stained. It wasn’t though. The furniture is very nice. The room had everything one would expect from an older hotel. There was no microwave, however. Overall, the conditions, amenities, and services were commensurate with the price.

The only negative I have is the A/C/heating unit was quite loud, but that is a minor thing. All I want is a clean room and hot water. Regency Inn continues to give it to me so I will continue to stay there
