We had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Minneapolis, conveniently located near the Mall of America. The friendly, accommodating staff made us feel welcome, and the warm signature cookies at check-in were a delightful touch plus the airport shuttle service is free. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was well maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant, relaxing experience, and we would gladly stay again. 😊👌

The staff was very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. I had to stay there because my flight was delayed adding one more night to my time in Minneapolis, so it would have been nice to have a store of some sort to purchase basic items. But the room was great - the bed extremely comfortable. I had to wait a while to get hot water, but it came and I had a good shower. It is close to the airport, which is what I needed, but that also means you have to put up with jet noise.

Open and inviting Lobby area with coffee shop. Close to mall and they have a shuttle to the mall as well. Very nice restaurant. Chicken sandwich was delicious. Nice room. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing a bit odd was the elevators seem old and out of place for this nice hotel.

I liked how close this place was to the airport and the shuttle was very timely/staff were friendly. The general layout of the hotel was a little bizarre. I could not find the ice machine and a couple of the lamps in my room did not work either because they had dead bulbs or simply no longer functioned. The staff at the front desk, however, were kind and helpful.
