Since then, we have established an agreement with the city that allows our guests to park in a public parking ramp. We also validate parking for our guests. However, we acknowledge that it's a first-come, first-serve system, and we are unable to guarantee parking spaces, especially during busy events like the festival that was held that day in Stillwater.It's worth noting that the time you chose for your stay coincided with one of the busiest days of the year, thanks to the local festival. On these occasions, the town receives thousands of visitors from various locations, making parking even more challenging. We are continually working to provide solutions for parking during such high-demand times.We are particularly grateful that you brought the issue of noise from the hotel band to our attention. We apologize for any disturbance you experienced during your stay. There was a wedding in the Lowell Inn Banquet Center, and they have a DJ playing music for the event, however they are notified to keep the volume a certain level to avoid disturbing our hotel guest. Unfortunately, we have no record of any complaint the day of the event otherwise it would have been stopped right there. We are so sorry this affected your comfort.
