"Have been staying here for many years. This was the first time I was disappointed in the room/dirty and torn carpet; and disappointed in the food/dry, burnt lava cake cake, with no "lava". Lobby bar has shortened hours, so no place to eat unless you have a reservation in advance at the grille."
