I chose this hotel because of the free shuttle both to the airport and to the Mall of America. It was super easy and convenient, probably the best one I've used with a hotel. The room was nice and clean, beds were comfy, and the hotel was quiet at night. I had an early flight out and it was easy to schedule my shuttle out. Would recommend!

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. I had one shuttle driver who went over and above, another who wasn’t in any kind of hurry. They held my bags after I checked out because i had time to kill because my flight left later on, which I appreciated. Location isn’t in close walking distance to much, but the Mall of America isn’t super far of a walk. Wish they had a jacuzzi. Their fitness center is a joke, as most hotel ones are. No included morning breakfast. Overall, a good place to stay if you just want the very basics.

It's an older property, adjusted expectations. still has bathtub instead of walk-in shower. Beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is okay but not what I've experienced in other Hilton Garden Inns. Day 2 we went elsewhere for this.
