We stayed for 3 nights (5 adults, 3 kids, 2 rooms) and the experience was great. We only used our stay for sleeping at night and breakfast so we didn't use the pool. The breakfast spread was really nice, much better that your typical continental breakfast. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. All staff, from the front desk to the cleaning staff, were friendly and nice.

Lots of hospitality from checking in to the front desk the next morning having to request an Uber due to no airport shuttle driver available PLUS the fresh cookies, tea & coffee available. And, allowing us to eat breakfast early 30 minutes before they opened. The room was very nice & the facilities seemed quite new; although, they indicated it was about 16 years old. Fitness room very nice. Kinda remote so grab something for dinner before arriving. About 10-12 minutes from the airport. Definitely recommend this hotel! Thanks all!!

Pros: Check-in with Grace was efficient, and the staff was friendly. Cons: Found two roaches in the bathroom during the stay. The mini-fridge was warm and wasn't fixed after being reported. The towels were extremely scratchy. The TV is really small for a modern hotel at this price point. Overall: Despite an apologetic email from the manager, the stay resulted in a negative experience.
