The entire facility was very clean and well maintained. The front desk hostess was Sandra and she was absolutely fantastic! She was kind, polite, helpful and accommodating. If every business had a "Sandra" at their front desk the world would be a better place. We will definitely stay there again.

Hotel was easy to access with parking close. Room was clean and quiet, didn’t hear other guests at all. The staff were always exceptionally polite and helpful. The gym had all the basics, was clean, and equipment was clean and functional. Overall would stay again.

Love the location. Our room wasn’t bad, a little dingy. Our fridge wasn’t on and it took us a bit to figure it out. Also the heat was either not able to be controlled by us or too difficult to figure out. Breakfast not included but the price is worth it

Our room was very dirty. Crumbs left on tables, you could tell it had not been vacuumed in awhile. We walked to the Palace Theater and it was very unsafe up the street.

The front desk staff was amazing, helpful for parking etc. She was awesome. Room was small, smelled of smoke. Over looked a ballroom which was noisy as they were having a wedding or something. Area outside had many people loitering throughout the day and night. Made us feel uneasy to walk places. Ubers were easy to catch though.

Decent Place

Decent place in the middle of downtown Saint Paul. Perfectly located next to the Palace Theatre. Was a mix up with our original room booking, but staff were able to resolve with an free upgrade.

Only stayed here because it’s the closest property to the Saints field. Employees were a bit fruity but that’s the cities! Expensive parking, no breakfast.
