"Nice place"

"This location was very convenient and close to the venue that we were going to. Most of the staff was very helpful and friendly. The young lady checking us in was very helpful and friendly and the overnight manager was also very kind and helpful. The valet parking staff was also very friendly and helpful. There was one afternoon to 10:30pm shift that was pretty gruff and not friendly, but the rest were great. Breakfast was great and the chefs were wonderful. The room was just okay, not what...

"Parking could be better"

"Amazing place. Large and modern, with my own full kitchen, and even a snazzy washer and drier. Friendly and helpful staff too. Excellent location in front of the convention centre. Took advantage of the rooftop garden area and working areas."

"Terrible signage for entering (especially after dark in not the best neighborhood). Loved the proximity to things downtown, but felt unsafe when arriving. Room was mostly clean, but there were stains on the carpet and couch, which felt gross. Loved having connected bar, but staff wasn’t very engaged or interested."

"It is located near the venue we were attending which was so convenient. I plan to do a reservation next fall when we return."
