"This hotel is lovely for what it is. Really cosy vibes throughout. Lake views out of the back of the hotel with mountain views to the front. The room was basic but completely expected given the star rating of the hotel. It was functional, spacious and comfortable. Staff were all friendly. Bar area was lovely with option to sit outside. Quite a selection available at self service breakast. We were able to walk into town from this hotel easily for dinner options. And you can get to the lake...

"Got caught here during a snow storm and they easily accommodated an extension. The rooms are big although we had to fully get everything out of the room so that they could clean. Breakfast was great. Decor was dated, but that would be my only minor complaint. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Small town, not much to do except for the baths and puffins (which we couldn’t see because the road was closed)."

"We love love loved this property and the employees made us feel so welcome! The surrounding area is stunning, the rooms were super clean and just darling! The breakfast was awesome too! Only complaint, the rooms were so hot, we couldn’t open the windows and we had 4 rooms and had issues sleeping in the stuffiness. We had to open the actual doors because it was so hot. We felt safe but still not a comfortable feeling. "

"Shared facilities were ample and nice. They had great activities available in the shared area. Quiet hours were a bit skewed (11p-9a). I liked that the bathrooms had towels for hand drying. I liked that the showers were one area and bathrooms were another. It was efficient. It was nice to have a kitchen to use. Staff was great. Everything was super clean. It was a fun, quirky place. Restaurant looked cool but we didn't eat there. "
