"The hotel was a little dated but very comfortable and the staff were lovely. "

"We stayed for three nights and found a few positives but many drawbacks. The staff were very kind and helpful, and our teens enjoyed the pool despite the water being quite cold. Unfortunately, the room was extremely dated and had several issues, including a strong odor similar to a wet dog, a wall light hanging from the wall, 2 locations where artwork was clearly removed, a rusty bathroom light fixture, and mold around the tub. Breakfast was poorly managed due to the large number of guests as there were multiple large groups staying. Items were empty and not replenished, and the food we did try wasn’t good, so we chose to eat elsewhere afterward. The pool was colder than expected, and younger children were noticeably shivering. We also requested a late checkout due to a 6 p.m. flight, but the only option offered was noon (one extra hour) for a $15 fee, which wasn’t very helpful compared to other hotels. Thankfully, the front desk staff were kind enough to let use leave our luggage behind the counter while we went across to the strip mall to kill time before catching an Uber to the airport for a 6pm flight as we had to be out of our room by noon."

"There was no "hot breakfast." "Breakfast" was laid out on a table and consisted of a few packets of prewrapped mini-donuts, swiss cake rolls, 2 apples, and 2 bananas. There was OJ and coffee."

"For an older facility, it was actually in really nice shape. The room and bathroom were well designed. Breakfast could have better choices."

"We were suppose to stay at Fairfield inn but when we walked in the whole hotel was under renovation. Why would you allow people to book your hotel? They put us in the residence inn across the street. We were suppose to have two queen beds. Instead it was a queen bed and a pull out couch. Room was filthy. There was dirt from outside on the floor, sheets on the bed were dirty, the sheets on the pull out couch were never changed from the last guest and bathroom had hair in the shower and toilet paper on the plunger. It was like the workers were using it as a break room or something. Breakfast was a joke. Boiled eggs and hard English muffins and toast is not really a continental breakfast. Coffee grounds were in the actual coffee that we drank. We couldn’t even buy food at the snack shop because there was no food to buy. This was very disappointing for a Marriott. It was like staying at a low end motel. I will say staff was friendly when we checked in. We were in town for a funeral and having a comfortable and clean room to come back to would have been nice after being at the funeral home. "
