"We stayed for three nights and found a few positives but many drawbacks. The staff were very kind and helpful, and our teens enjoyed the pool despite the water being quite cold.
Unfortunately, the room was extremely dated and had several issues, including a strong odor similar to a wet dog, a wall light hanging from the wall, 2 locations where artwork was clearly removed, a rusty bathroom light fixture, and mold around the tub.
Breakfast was poorly managed due to the large number of guests as there were multiple large groups staying. Items were empty and not replenished, and the food we did try wasn’t good, so we chose to eat elsewhere afterward.
The pool was colder than expected, and younger children were noticeably shivering.
We also requested a late checkout due to a 6 p.m. flight, but the only option offered was noon (one extra hour) for a $15 fee, which wasn’t very helpful compared to other hotels. Thankfully, the front desk staff were kind enough to let use leave our luggage behind the counter while we went across to the strip mall to kill time before catching an Uber to the airport for a 6pm flight as we had to be out of our room by noon."
