"Bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush all the way, made the room smell bad, and yes we didn’t flush any toilet paper, informed the manager about it and nothing was done, wouldn’t stay here again."

"This is a beautiful, spotlessly clean eco-lodge just outside Mindo. The tropical grounds are vast and exquisitely manicured, while the rooms are large and inviting after a day of fun activities. "this is for the adventerous, dont get scare on the way there the roads are a little rough due to the hotel still being developed. Chef Marcelo is a plus for this hotel and Sol as well. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful."

"There was plenty of birds and trails. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was unexpectedly great. The road getting up to the reserve is a little rocky/bumpy but thats literally the only concern everything else was amazing."
