"Friendly staff, big and clean room, beautiful lobby , easy to walk around the bay"

"I was very impressed with the overall facilities. The hotel was close to the port, and there were many places in the Port area to visit during our short stay there prior to our cruise. The price of the room was also extremely reasonable."

"Staff is avalaible until 6pm. After that you have to contact him via internal phone before. Hotel locate near train station but not easy to find it. Hotel is new and facility still is good."

"Easy to reach from the central of Yokohama. Room is clean and quiet. Good breakfast with a reasonable price."
