Saint Kate - The Arts Hotel
The room was wonderful, but it wasn't the one we reserved with Hotels.com. It sounds like your system wasn't set up to realize that room was not available. Saint Kate made it right by us and we will forever be grateful.

The room was spotless. The shower was wonderful. We got hot water right away and plenty of towels. Amenities were readily available.
