"Have had an excellent experience at the Saint Kate in the past, however this time we had a couple of room issues that took a long time to get addressed. The first issue was with the in-room record player, however someone was sent right away to fix, so that was fine. But the second issue was with the in-room refrigerator. It quit working at some point during the first night and it took multiple reports, beginning the next morning, to finally get it addressed after 5:30pm the next day. As a reult, we had to throw away perishable food. We also had to call the desk to get more toilet paper, which is unusual at a luxury hotel. Overall, just a bit diappointing."
