We absolutely loved our stay in the Presidential Suite. The staff were incredibly helpful in anything we needed, the views and location were perfect. We walked down to the beach every morning and got incredible cappuccinos from Sirocco which is owned by the same people. The breakfast being delivered every morning to the patio was the best experience and it was so good. Highly recommend and we will be back!

We had a great stay at Volcano! The staff were awesome (shout out to Milthos & Elena). The suite was very clean and in good shape, and was well kept every day. The complimentary breakfast was so good and always brought to us on time. The location is a bit removed from the rest of the popular areas of the island but an easy drive to get to places. The hotel was very close to Sirocco (amazing restaurant) and Aqua Loca (great beach club).

We stayed here for 4 nights on our honeymoon and it was exceptional. The staff were amazing, breakfast every morning in your own garden/patio and only 1 minute from the most beautiful beach. Just to note though, there are no nearby shops so if you want snacks or suncream etc you will need to bring them with you.

Property was very clean and room was very spacious. We had the honeymoon suite and it contained 3 separate rooms (bedroom, living space, outdoor space w/hot tub). A small hotel with maybe a handful of rooms so it definitely feels quiet however, it is still very much convenient to reach the Port and Plaka by car. I would suggest renting a car as it is MORE convenient and cheaper than taking Ubers.

Great location. They provided a rental car from their property which made getting to and from basically anywhere a breeze. This was close to one of the nice beaches (Paliochori) actually next to their restaurant (Siricco). Food was really food was good as well. Approximately a 5 minute walk. La The staff was ultra professional and catered to everything with top-notch service. The whole team was amazing for us. We stayed in the room #6 (2nd floor) corner suite and it had amazing views of the mountains, beach and ocean. The cool breeze in the am made it so enjoyable while eating their made to order breakfast out on the patio.

Outstanding hospitality!

The staff were amazing and so helpful! They set up a car rental for us and helped us with excursions. The food at the restaurant was incredible and the breakfasts were amazing. The beds were not the most comfortable and there are no lounge chairs on the beach like in the pictures but there was an archeological issue recently that affected chairs on the beach. We will be back again!

Our stay was exceptional from the friendly, helpful staff at check-in through leaving the property. Prior to arrival, the front desk contacted me about an airport transfer and they made renting an ATV extremely easy. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and could order complimentary breakfast via a tablet in the room. There are 4 restaurants within walking distance and located on the beach, one of which is a part of this hotel and was quite good. While other beaches and attractions are at least 1-2 miles away, the location here is quiet and less touristy than areas like Pollonia or Plaka. The balcony and hot tub were fantastic. The hotel supplied a beach bag, towels, and water. The room was comfortable and bright and the bathroom was well stocked and a good size. USB outlets by both beds, a full-length mirror, a table to enjoy breakfast or drinks outside... pretty perfect overall.

My partner and I loved our stay at Volcano Luxury Suites while in Milos! A thoughtful handwritten note was in our room upon arrival alongside complimentary bottles of water, a celebratory bottle of wine and a much needed tote bag with towels for the beaches. The room itself was beautiful, very comfortable and had a private outside space with a jacuzzi with a nice view of the ocean. Elena at the front desk was communicative, lovely and immensely helpful with recommendations across the island. We were able to place our breakfast orders each day via a tablet in our room and appreciated their awareness of our allergies (including but not limited to having gluten free bread). I highly recommend staying here!

Hotel room and the property grounds were beautiful. Service was also top tier . Miltos took great care of us and his exceptional attention to detail was appreciated. For example - my wife and I had mentioned to him that we have coffee many times a day. When we came back to our suite in the afternoon we had noticed a large bowl of espresso pods next to the usual four pods provided in the hotel. The property is gorgeous and the service is wonderful! The only disappointing part is that this property is NOT beachfront. You do have to cross a road and walk down a bit of mountain to get to the ocean. The ocean is stunning - make sure you pack water shoes as the beach is pebbly. Also, the ad states there’s loungers at the beach, there are no loungers. They do give you beach towels. Breakfast food was delicious - but limited variety. The yogurt and fruit was so so good! Overall a 5 star property with amazing amenities - but not entirely as advertised as not beach front and no loungers or area reserved on the beach for guests.

It was so beautiful and private. The breakfast was my favorite part. You get to pick out your meal the night before and they bring it right to your room to eat on the patio. The staff was amazing. Excellent hotel, very good service. Room is spacious and lovely decorated, A little bit far from towns but usually you need any type of transportation when in Milos.
