"Staff was super friendly! There was a water issue with the city so that was unfortunate but the staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a great add on! Super yummy."

"There is not one thing that detracts from how nice this place is and I've traveled a bit recently. The staff exceeded expectations.. we've gotten so used to people that clearly don't want to be at their job that the smiles, politeness and genuine interest in how our room was surprised us all. We were a big group and everyone in our group said the same thing about the staff. I would return just because of the staff. So, we were VERY HAPPY with the staff. The area around the hotel was clean and...

"Breakfast was just ok. Everything else was very good."

"We had a wonderful stay at AmericInn by Wyndham Des Moines Airport! Everyone was so nice, respectful, and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, and housekeeping did a great job throughout our stay. The location was convenient, close to the airport, with an airport shuttle available a great bonus! Thank you to the staff for making us feel welcome. We would happily stay here again!"

"Everything was wonderful. We only stayed one night to get to the airport early in the morning. Room walls were pretty thin. I could hear the tv next door clearly. The hot tub jets were not well maintained. Room was clean. Property was clean."

"Phone didn't work. No one was at the front desk to help. Bathrooms were very dirty and even after I called to reserve a pack n play for my kid they didn't have one available. Very bad experience."

"No problems other than the smoke detector had been disconnected but I didn’t realize it until I was almost checking out."

"This was my first experience with Staybridge and I was impressed at every level. The amenities are superb and my room was very comfortable, from the furniture to the bed and bath. Staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!"
