"My wife and I stayed for 2 nights. Our room was one of the smaller ones upstairs facing the rear of the property. We quickly overcame a booking misunderstanding, to mutual satisfaction, and Giovanni was most helpful in every way (even checking our tyre pressures to resolve a warning on the car dashboard). "This property was a great find for exploring Mount Etna. The room was basic but clean and soon soon felt like home after emptying your suitcase! Travelling with two teenage boys, we had a quadruple room and a view of Mount Etna from our balcony. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We had dinner on the roof top terrace and the food was excellent! We stayed for three nights and also ate at another excellent pizzeria 5 minutes walk away. Beautiful
"Beautiful property, staff, service. Everyone so friendly and welcoming. We only ate in the bar as the restaurant menus did not appeal - food and drink were good here but rather over-priced. Amazing views of the sea, coastline and mount Etna. Great to have a heated swimming pool, although it was closed until 10am so disappointed we couldn’t have a pre-breakfast swim. Very enjoyable stay overall. Thankyou to all the wonderful staff!"
