"Expected much more, horribly disappointed, first issue elevator doesn’t have a button for the 3rd floor to which we were assigned because the claimed they didn’t have rooms on any other floor, you had to take the elevator to the 2nd or 4th floor then come down the stairs, imagine someone with disabilities ..."
