"The pool was freezing, there were no towels at the pool, the staff was rude, there’s only one working elevator in the entire hotel, only 4 channels came in on the television, the 4 tiny old pillows were not sufficient on a king size bed, half the hotel by the pool area was freezing, someone stole our valve cap covers in the parking lot, there’s no security, and we left something in the room and after being told by one person we never stayed in that room- the next one very rudely told me we didn’t leave anything. Save yourself and drive 10 min north to a better hotel. "

The bathrooom had dirty wash cloths on the shower rod and some hair on the shower ceiling. There are trains that run about every 6 hours and 12:30 am was one and it made me jump. However, the location was perfect, we felt safe at all times, the breakfast was really good, and parking was also good. Other than the few things in the bathrooom, the room was clean. "
