"Overall the accommodation was pretty good, about a standard size room for Tokyo. Akihabara is very central only being two stops from Tokyo central and this hotel is located very close to the akihabara train station. It's location is amazing, there is also convenient stores right downstairs along with restaurants and shops nearby. We had an earthquake while staying here and the building stayed strong. The laundry facilities were good and there is a tb channel that tracks the progress of the washing machine along with which ones are available to use. The rooms do get cleaned daily if you choose to, the front door to room is magnetic and you can set what type of cleaning you want done for each day. I personally did not use the front desk very much at all, mainly just to check in and check out. Our stay in Tokyo was for three weeks to which we were staying at Remm, overall the accommodation is not jaw dropping amazing but it is very solid with an excellent location. I would recommend this accommodation."

"The Location at Asakusabashi was very convenient 5 minutes to walk to the hotel from the train station, Akihabara is just one stop away or you can walk which takes 15 minutes. Lots of 7 Eleven stores, Family Marts and some grocery markets around the area. Eating around there is also good lots places to choose from. Front desk staff friendly and always greeting you as you come in and out and they all can understand English as well. There is amenities in the lobby that you just take when needed like toothpaste and brush packet, tea packets etc. Now the room that I reserved online with Hotel.com was a little disappointing it wasn't what I expected especially for a family of 3 what you see online is not what you will get so just beware, we had to upgrade and spend more then what was expected as we got the family room which had much more space, a kitchen sink with a microwave, kettle and undercounter refrigerator/freezer. You also need to go to the 2nd floor if you want to use a microwave if you get the other rooms. Laundry was good but they only have 2 washers/dryers and soap is included. They have a breakfast buffet in the morning for 2000 yen which was not bad but was disappointed when they were out of mackeral after just one hour of opening. Housekeeping did our beds every other day which was fine but they do give you new towels and take away the trash daily. The money exchange rate ATM was better then other places like 7 Eleven. Overall I still rate this hotel good."

"Room is very small, but has everything. The TV main screen provides helpful information. For the cafe downstairs, you need to buy vouchers first to enjoy a meal if you don't purchase with the room ahead of time. Convenient location, very easy to find. Hotel provides free umbrellas for guests to use. If you have 3 people in your group, better book 1 double and 1 single rooms. Single room was only $10 cheaper for us."
