"The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. When we first entered the room we did notice it looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned very well or it had been a while since guests had stayed in that room. The carpet needed vacuuming and the bathroom needed some cleaning also. More Handicapped parking spots would definitely be a plus. The amenities were great. And the 24 hour coffee in the lobby was a very big plus. Besides the room needing some cleaning and the parking everything was great."

"Rooms were clean except for the bed sheets had stains on them which wasn’t appealing to have to sleep on. The staff were very helpful and friendly with easy check in. No coffee out front for guests or in the rooms so be prepared to have to go out to get some in the morning. Didn’t have time to check out the pool. I would stay here again if I needed to."

"We booked this hotel for a concert in Gainesville. When we arrived, there was five couples standing outside waiting to register. All of us needed to get to the concert in order to find parking before got too late. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for one couple to be processed. The gentleman who worked there was very nice, but was working with extremely limited resources. I think he did the best he could, but the rooms were substandard, dirty, and we didn’t get our room till 1:30 in the morning....

"This property is completely unsanitary. As soon as you walk into the lobby, you’re met with old mattresses stacked against the wall and clutter everywhere. I was first assigned Room 117, and the moment I walked in, there was a strong musty odor. When I checked the bedsheets, they were filthy—covered in stains and small bugs. I returned to the front desk to request a different room, but the second one, Room 105, was even worse. There were dead roaches on the floor and in the shower, the mini...

"The place is very nice, clean and safe. We arrrived late and did fast check in, then short walk to the hotel room. The room was clean, good size, the bed very comfortable as well pillows. The room stayed quiete in the night even with room being close (you do not hear the noises). In the morning we enjoyed the good breakfast. My husband as well a worked out at thier gym. We are recommending this place"
