Wir waren in der Nebensaison für 4 Nächte eingebucht. Es war nicht viel los im Hotel, was uns sehr gelegen kam. Allerdings kann man in der Nebensaison nicht erwarten, dass man wirklich alle Angebote des Hotels nutzen kann. Aber abgesehen davon, hat es mir sehr gut gefallen.

Positiv Lage sehr gut, ruhig und doch zentral Parken (nach Verfügbarkeit) für 50 PLN in Tiefgarage möglich (dafür trocken und sicher) Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet grundsätzlich bemühtes Personal Negativ - neuwertiges Gebäude, welches nach so kurzer Zeit schon erste Mängel nach sich zieht (es war bspw. ein Durchgang gesperrt, da ein Rohr in einem Flur tropfte) - Gäste-Anliegen werden nicht ernst genommen, hatten eine durch gelegene Matratze wo zunächst direkt geblockt wurde, dass kein Tausch möglich ist, erst nach vehementer Intervention wurde die Matratze gedreht oder getauscht, aber erst nach einer weiteren Nacht mit Rückenschmerzen, trotz Meldung am morgen ... - für so ein großes Hotel zu wenig Personal, man wartet zum Teil über Minuten hinweg, dass jemand Manuell das Garagentor von der Rezeption aus öffnet - mehr Schein als Sein - winziger Pool, Sauna mit Blick zum Pool, wo lediglich Kinder den Tag über Plantschen, die Sauna macht da keinen Sinn, wenn man an Erholung denkt und sieläuft nur auf Anfrage - Frühstück ohne richtige veganen Alternativen (mir geht es vordergründig darum Milch zu ersetzen) - die großen Handtücher stanken elendig nach Chlor (werden wohl auch von den Gästen als Pool Handtücher verwendet) der Geruch ging nicht raus und nach dem Duschen roch man nach nassem im Chlor eingelegten Hund - für den Preis sind wir an der polnischen Ostsee eindeutig besseres gewohnt
