"Ein Mega Hotel. Tolles Personal. Alle sehr aufmerksam. Wir waren sehr zufrueden. PS: es fehlten Zahnputzgläser ..... .......im Bad zu wenig Möglichkeiten die Handtücher aufzuhängen...... Dennoch ein Top Hotel .....hatte erst vor 2-3 Wochen eröffnet......also nachbessern geht immer. Werden gerne wiederkommen, danke."

"Breakfast is excellent, hard to beat. We got a top floor room with a nice view. Room was clean and I had no problems with noise. The hotel is conveniently located to the promenade and the beach. My stay was good, the only problem I had was with the billing. I got a $1400 charge in addition to the nightly rate that I was communicated. After a lot of back and forth and getting Expedia involved, I did eventually get the money back, but it wasn't the full amount (maybe because of the exchange rate...

"Sehr nah am Strand gelegen am Ortsrand. Dadurch etwas abseits vom Trubel, was uns gut gefallen hat. Sehr großes Appartment mit sehr großem Balkon. Gutes Frühstück - im Restaurant war es etwas laut. Große Tiefgarage direkt unterhalb der Hotelgebäude."

"after 700 nights booked (and having 95+ % great experiences) we are quite simply shocked and near speechless about the horrors of this place. to cut it short: no heating. no hot water, no wifi (they gave us a password that didnt work with anything). when we wrote them that we can not proceed with the night wearing jackets and having no heating, they completely IGNORED us (all 3 messages) but wrote back another wifi password that "we can try".... the place looks and feels like an abandoned dump...

"Came off the ferry at Swinousjie and found this very convenient and cheap place to stay. The receptionist was polite and intelligent and my room was perfect. It poured with rain and I was glad not to be in my tent. "

"Wir hatten für 3 Nächte ein Appartment. Alles war super, von der Mitarbeiterin vor Ort, den kostenlosen Parkplatz, ruhige Lage, nicht weit zum Zentrum und zum Strand. Ved bestilling oppgir de at man skal ringe ved ankomst, der fungerte fint. Rommene var store, rent og med flere balkonger. I hjertet av en fin strandby! "
