"Nice room. Love the decor and style! Curtains a bit wonky and sink was a bit stopped up. Hot tub not as hot as expected. Good for me. My daughter would have liked it warmer. Staff was very wonderful! More gluten free choices would be great. Overall a wonderful property and wonderful visit!"

"We stayed in one of the penthouse suites that had a Jacuzzi tub in the room. Only three of the seven jets worked in the tub and they put some rough grip tape on the bottom of the tub to keep you from sliding but it was super sharp and very painful to sit on. We ended up putting a towel underneath us. The carpet was super gross and stained and should have been replaced many years ago. The room was cozy and we ate breakfast on our balcony."

"It was a very good stay. It even snowed and we still were able to use the pool and the hot tub. It was all kept warm and they habe a sauna which was very nice. The floors throughout the hotel were all warm. We needed some towels and laundry pods and housekeeping brought them eight up. The rooms are pretty nice. Kept clean and all the amenties were so cool. We loved it. The fire place worked and was definitely warm. The hot tub was nice. We enjoyed our stay there and will definitely stay again. "
