"My only challenge was difficulty understanding the staff who spoke with heavy accent (India) And both staff I interacted with said they were new so my request for a recept when paying for my room took a little while. Not a big deal but communication was the challenge."

"The hotel was beautiful and all the staff were very nice and helpful.I especially loved how close this hotel was to the Salt Lake City street car stations. I took the street cars to several locations, including the airport. Even though I didn’t stay at the hotel across the street, which is the sister hotel to this one I wound up eating there instead of this hotel. It was convenient to walk there so as it’s just right across the street."

"I didn't have any shampoo in my room and I inquired about it twice, thinking that they would take some sort of initiative to take to my room but fell on deaf ears. It's the little things that count. Other than that the hotel was surprisingly clean and updated."

"Everything was great staff could have been friendlier not bad surprised about the deposit costs no communication on how much they held my card for. They only said it is posted on the website. On the positive note room was great it was clean and perfectly stocked. Check in was easy and great price for a nice stay"
