"Reception was dark and deserted. No-one at the desk when I arrived to check in (or at any other time). Had to call a mobile number to get someone. I arrived at 13:10 and was told they wouldn’t check me in until 2pm. I mentioned I wouldn’t be able to return again until later that night, maybe 11 or later and they said that was fine.
