"Was Great to B in this hotel"

"Our stay went great. We only stayed one night so everything went well. It is right off the 5, so easy access. We also arrived a little before check in so we went to eat to BJs which was right across the street. Check in was smooth, they were very nice and explained everything. Parking was $25 which is cheaper than other hotels. Our room was in the 19th floor, which was quite a ride in the elevator, but it is open so you get a nice view of Burbank. The room was spacious, everything was clean, bed was comfy and AC worked perfectly. We didn't hear a lot of noise from the neighbors, so I don't know if they were empty or just had good soundproofing. Hotel Bar had happy hour which we enjoyed, and we didn't get to try the food because kitchen closed at 10pm. Since check out was 12pm we were able to go for a walk downtown (across the street), go to the Koi Garden & Pool, then check out and be on our way. All in all a great stay."

"The air conditioner was very noisy, the toilet constantly ran, and we couldn’t even jiggle it to stop. The sink faucet ran unless you very carefully found the spot to turn it off. A lot of water waste. There was hammering in the middle of the night, not sure where that was coming from. We had to ask for a second glass. We were very grateful they let us check in early for no charge, but after 12 PM you are charged $20 an hour if you need to extend your stay for a bit on the checkout date. Basically, an old hotel that needs updating."
