Pros: Location, price, & spacious Cons: No parking, Hotel gives you a pass and you have to find parking in the neighborhood. I had to park a block away. Hotel very outdated. Cleaning was poor. The toilet had stains. Hair on bathroom floor. Lastly, you can’t lock door from inside. You can only use door swing latch.

The room is spacious and clean. The staff are super friendly. Great location which is walking distance to Farmer's Market and museums. Breakfast is ok and we grabbed a banana and milk from it only during our stay. There are several coffee shops within a couple of blocks. Parking at night is a bit challenging on the street, but manageable. We found parking each night within a block.

The hotel is well located, just a block from the new Academy of Motion Picture Museum, the new Los Angeles County Museum of Art, the La Brea Tar Pits and Museum and the Petersen Automotive Museum. The hotel is a two story building in a pleasant residential neighborhood. The hotel is well maintained and clean and, during our visit, quiet. A human is on duty at the front desk which is a great convenience. The cleaning staff was friendly, efficient, and did a good job. Our room faced Crescent Heights Blvd which produced considerable traffic noise, but was acceptable when using the good A/C. Otherwise, the hotel was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return.
