"Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, from poor service to feeling very unsafe to not being able to use the shower as I felt I would be dirtier leaving then getting in it! The whole experience has left me feeling very uncomfortable. Not only did I feel totally unsafe the rooms have not sound proofing meaning the party in the room next door felt like it was happening in my room an how convenient that when the dance class that was taking place right under my room that finished around Eleven - the room next door decided to carry on the party… management visited the room but nothing changed - it went quiet for a while but they were not deterred and started the party again at 5am! Absolutely terrible experience from beginning to end! DO NOT STAY THERE!! "

"The service was up to the normal Malmaison level, the hotel itself is ok. It needs some maintenance - the lifts look tatty, the bathroom sink needed the drain clearing so the water actually ran out properly. It was ok for a 'bed for the night' but didn't feel premium. "

"This is my second time staying here and has always been very good. It was still good, but I was disturbed alot by the neighbour next door talking incredibly loudly on his phone. Also, I would have liked to not receive an email the day before I am due to check out, asking me to check out online. I think it takes away from your experience of being away if it feels like the hotel is rushing you to check out. "

"Lovely hotel, excellent service and all staff so friendly and helpful. My husband uses a wheelchair and the hotel was generally pretty wheelchair friendly. No accessible rooms as such with grab rails etc. However, after speaking to a very helpful person at reception before booking, we booked a room with level access. It's a shame there's a huge step up to the shower, so my husband struggled with that. These rooms could be made accessible relatively easily if wanted. If that was done, we'd be happy to return as everything else was fantastic!"
