The staff was very helpful in getting us a room that met our needs. The day we left was my wife's birthday and I asked the staff if they had a candle to put in a banana muffin to surprise her. They looked high and low, but no candles. They tried their best and even wished her a Happy Birthday. She was very surprised. We can recommend this hotel very highly!

The staff was phenomenal. They were very personable and very helpful! Soo nice to have FRESH, HOT coffee even at 1030 at night from the lobby. We loved our room since it had a bath tub and I have a small kiddo. The set up was perfect for our family. Thank you! We will definitely be back next year.

Great place to stay

We had a great time and will definitely stay here again. It was new, so everything was in great condition, and super clean. Our room was spacious, with a separate bedroom and a small kitchen area. All of the employees were very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was great. The pool was fantastic. The hotel is also in a great location, with easy access and in a nice area.

Fantastic Hotel

Exceptional stay. The hotel is essentially brand new. Our suite was equipped with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and dishes, much like a condo. It was very roomy and had an additional living area with a pull out couch, which was great for our kids. Breakfast was hot everyday with various offerings of eggs, sausage, and bacon, along with a waffle maker and multiple continental options. The pool was excellent (although a hot tub would have been great 😃). Check in was at a generous 11 a.m. (vs 3 p.m. at traditional hotels) and checkout was at noon. The only drawback of our stay was the TV reception which was so poor at times it was unwatchable (streaming options worked great though). Overall, we would definitely stay again.

I had a great stay at this hotel. My room was spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and cozy bedroom. Although I didn't spend much time in my room, it was a nice place to relax. The hotel itself smells brand new, with a welcoming seating area. The pool, fitness center, and fire pit were nice, and the laundry room was a huge convenience. However, my check-in experience was disappointing. Ashley at the front desk was rude and seemed more focused on guests walking around than assisting me. I had trouble with the card scanner, and instead of offering help, she became frustrated, turned her screen toward me, and spoke to me condescendingly. As someone in property management, I found this unprofessional. The rest of the staff made up for this. The young lady who transitioned from housekeeping to the front desk and the gentleman who checked me out were both friendly and helpful. The woman with the black hair and blond money pieces (works at night) in particular, was outstanding—she was accommodating, got me extra towels, and even helped me with a key card when I locked mine in the laundry room. Despite the poor first impression, I would recommend this hotel due to its great amenities.
