"Nice hotel recently built in 2025. The staff was very helpful and if theirs rooms available you'll be able to check in early at 1p for $30. They also provide beach towels and two beach lounge chairs with umbrella at the 17th St life guard tower which is a 5 minute walk. Valet is available for around $45/day or street parking across the street but that costs more per day. Rooftop pool also available. I would recommend this hotel, it's clean and staff is friendly and helpful"

"I had such a warm welcome from the staff, I knew immediately I had made the right choice with Casa Collins. This was as I barely got through the door! I also knew just from arriving that I probably wouldn’t want to leave, and I didn’t ! I felt so at home and had everything I needed for my weekend stay. The location is perfect, the property is beautifully and has tasteful decor. All staff were happy and accommodating. This is going to be my stay of choice next time I go to South Beach as much as...

"Booked this hotel on Expedia when I got there. Came to know that the hotel is just booked not charged I specially specified 6 people but the room was very small and the hotel eas not cooperating to give extra bed or do something the tv in lounge was not working the hotel lobby staff was very helpful but it was not in there hand"

"Very friendly and helpful front desk. Lovely rooms, and probably the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had at a hotel. Location was amazing.
Breakfast wasn’t included as noted in the ad, but they quickly made it right with us. Beach towels only were included, not chairs or umbrella as noted in Expedia. Parking was challenging but there are for pay garages nearby.
Overall was a great spot and will stay again."

"This is really out of expectations. I read the reviews but when I went there it completely change what I was expecting.
The room was very clean and the staff were all amazing. The only thing was the construction nearby.
The location is a minute to the beach and is very nearby local restaurants and local business. Very close to the convention center and CVS just in the corner.
You don’t have to worry about anything.
I am definitely coming back and they also have a reward system."

"You get what you pay for. It wasn’t anything fancy, but it served its purpose as a place to sleep for the weekend. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay and don’t expect luxury, it gets the job done."
