"This place was excellent, the location is perfectly centered next to Southpoint and Lincoln Avenue, along with Whole Foods right across the street. Everything was fantastic other than the 3 day fire alarm, that was miserable 3 out of the 10 days I stayed. I wish I was informed before."

"We had a wonderful stay at the President Hotel, the hotel very clean, the staff very nice the breakfast had a wide selection of items and the food was good. The hotel very close to the beach and the hotel pool staff very nice. We will definitely come back to this hotel or the sister hotel. Thanks everyone for making our stay memorable!!!"

"Beautiful hotel, lovely beach access, warm pools, very friendly staff. I do wish the pool was open later than 6pm, and the hotel food was more expensive than most surrounding restaurants. "
