"My recent stay at Holiday Inn Miami was extremely disappointing. The room was poorly cleaned, and the hair dryer did not work. When I contacted the front desk, I was told that the responsible department was closed. I asked if they could bring a hair dryer from another room. The gentleman seemed unhappy with my request but eventually helped. The most concerning issue was the billing. After checking in, the front desk called to say my payment had not gone through, even though we both saw...

"What a great experience! All of the staff were focused on making sure that we were happy!"

"It’s a great place to stay as far as location it’s walking distance to everything and a five minutes or less walk to Little Cabana. There’s a Seven Eleven a block away and a CVS pharmacy, it’s 2 to 3 blocks away from the beach and close to alot of restaurants and shops. The hotel have friendly staff and great ambience with a very nice outdoor sitting area and pool. The rooms are very big and spacious with big bathrooms. Have stayed there twice once before when it was called Sonder. Totally...

"My stay at the president Villa was absolutely phenomenal. I walked into a clean, well-kept room. The staff were incredibly helpful upgrading my room with a balcony to celebrate my birthday and it was such an incredible opportunity for me to sit at the bar with my welcome drinks. The breakfast was okay. I'm very grateful for the dry items as I do not consume pork. There were other options for me to enjoy breakfast. Plenty of shopping nearby, with the beach just a short 3 minute walk. I was in...

"oh the reception staff was friendly and helpful..had a wonderful time and hotel is walkable distance to beach, shops, restaurant"

"I love that this is BUDGET FRIENDLY!!!! The night life right outside the door is fun and energetic. Great restaurants and party vibe. I stayed here one night before my cruise and one night after my cruise. It was cheaper to stay here and spend the night then it was to get a flight on Sunday. I saved $300 on my flight and this room only cost me 100 so I was $200 ahead. I felt safe as I was traveling alone- I highly recommend Kasa El Paseo if you are in the Miami area."

"Not a bad stay. Hotel is outdated though . It could use some modern-day renovations."

"I loved the pool. Good size, never seemed overly crowded. Bartender Laurie was excellent. She made great drinks and recommended some terrific places to eat/visit. Steps away from the beach, I like a pool better so didn’t go. This was a solo trip, the hotel was the ideal distance from the airport & from the few outside things I wanted to see. The room was clean and a good size. Had a mini fridge and a safe. I would def go back. One downside, this Radisson is NOT part of the rewards...
