"Overall, we had a nice stay at Loews Miami. The hotel is beautiful from the outside, and the food was absolutely spectacular. The pool area and easy access to the beach were perfect and definitely some of the highlights of our stay. I only wish the pool stayed open later so guests could enjoy it longer in the evening. Unfortunately, our room in the second building could have used more attention. There were several old items left on top of the minibar, the room had a noticeable smoking smell, and having to request ice every day was inconvenient. The pillows were also extremely soft and uncomfortable it was to the point that we experienced neck pain for two days of our stay. Despite these issues, the property itself is beautiful, the food was excellent, and the pool and beach access made the stay enjoyable. Overall, it was a nice hotel, but improving the room cleanliness, comfort, and a few guest conveniences would make the experience much better."

"Love the huge room (especially staying here after a cruise with cramped quarters). The private beach area was very clean and well maintained. The sand felt so good and stretched out far into the ocean so even small children can enjoy being in the water (with adult supervision, of course). We originally weren't sure if we were going to stay here or at another hotel also with beachfront access - glad we chose this one. The resort really gave the Miami vibe - would definitely stay here again."
