"Bathroom tile in room could use cleaning. Pool water did not look clean. 2 Beach chairs included were comfortable but you had to pay for the umbrella. Drinks were ok. Manager at nobu and ocean social was not polite."

"The breakfast menu was good the room was clean, the staff was excellent the beach is across from the hotel the water was nice, and the beach view from my room was everything I loved it the pools were clean, I loved the pool on the fifth floor the view from there was excellent and it had a glass bottom loved it."

"Clean room and excellent location walking distance from the beach, restaurants and shopping. This was my 4th stay at this hotel. My experience with breakfast included was much better the 3 prior times. The quality of the breakfast (fair) remained the same; however, drinks and the bread area became auto service and it was messy since the area is way too small for people to toast their own bread. It was much better before when the staff offered you bread already toasted, pancakes and bagels in the buffet line."

"Outdated, unkept, dirty. Staff was a hit or miss. Carlos was great, everyone else at the front desk was lazy and unprofessional. Restaurant is lovely and the staff was all great. Many other places to stay in SoBe, this one is not worth it. "
