we are sorry for any inconvenience that may cause. we called one week before your arrival date just as a heads-up since you had more than 3 packages delivered by then. and that way you could be prepared by the time you arrive at the property and pick them up. As always, if you have any concerns please feel free to contact us directly and we will be here to help you
