The staff, both at night and during the day, are helpful and even cheerful. The olace has a nice vibe. I wish there were one or two MORE staff because it's a big place, but then the price would have to go up. It is a fine place for the budget accommodation that it is. The location is good. The road noise in some rooms takes five minutes to get used to. All told: Good.

Unless you're really on tight budget, I do not recommend this hotel.The room looks nothing like the pictures. There is a small window facing to the staircase that can not open. So ventilation is poor. There is no desk in the room, also no rack for hanging clothes. The good thing is that staff was very nice and there is a shared kitchen and refrigerator.

Comenzando por lo más suave: Toda la estancia no era como se muestra en las fotografías. Las habitaciones estaban muy desatendidas y no había agua para bañarse. El baño es compartido, el agua llega a las 10:30 am y no dura mucho ya que hay muchas fugas. Dos o tres veces el agua llenaba el pasillo y se metía a la habitación. Pero lo peor de todo fue que habían chinches (bed bugs) en la cama. Nos picaron toda la noche y lo peor es que a mí amiga le hizo reacción muy fuerte. Tuvimos que buscar otro hotel e irnos dos noches antes del fin de la reservación. Efectivamente hay muchísimo ruido de la avenida y se oye toda la noche, y la estancia entera se ve deteriorada y vieja. La recepcionista es muy amable, pero lamentablemente no se puede obviar tantas cosas que están mal.
